In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, whisk milk, hot cocoa mix, vanilla extract and cinnamon; cover and cook on high 1 hour or until hot. Reduce heat to keep warm. Makes about 11 cups.
Serve hot cocoa in mugs along with toppings in serving bowls, if desired.
