Ingredients:

  • 10 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups instant hot cocoa mix
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional Toppings:

  • Chocolate sandwich creme cookies
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Peanut butter
  • Starlight mints, unwrapped
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Whipped topping, thawed if necessary
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Coarsely crushed Honey graham crackers
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

  1. In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, whisk milk, hot cocoa mix, vanilla extract and cinnamon; cover and cook on high 1 hour or until hot. Reduce heat to keep warm. Makes about 11 cups.
  2. Serve hot cocoa in mugs along with toppings in serving bowls, if desired.
